It’s been several months now since I started sending out these leadership notes, so I decided to take a few minutes to talk to you about these posts, and also to ask you to let me know your thoughts.

Right from the beginning I decided to focus my writing specifically for you, my friends who are pastoring and helping to lead the Vineyards in India.  That doesn’t mean I don’t want anyone else to read them.  It’s just that I wanted to try to use stories, illustrations, ideas and language that would be relevant to you.

Part of what that means is that it is very important to me what you think.  I need your feedback in order to help me make sure these post are accomplishing their purpose.
