Last night we had a wonderful time of prayer with some of our prayer partners in India and the USA. I just wanted to share some of what we prayed for as we prayed these blessings over our friends in India and Sri Lanka.
May His favor be upon you
And a thousand generations
And your family and your children
And their children, and their children
Exodus 20:6 and Deut. 7:9
Numbers 6:24-26
The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.
Psalm 56:9
Then my enemies will turn back when I call for help,
By this I will know that God is for me.
- What do we learn about God from these passages?
- What do we learn about people?
- Which part is God pointing out to you?
- How can we obey these passages?
Let’s keep praying for one another during this time of pandemic as we are mainly at home and yet God’s heart is for the whole world so we want our hearts to be like His!

Psalm 20:•1 May the Lord answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you. 2 May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion. 3 May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings. 4 May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed. 5 May we shout for joy over your victory and lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the Lord grant all your requests. 6 Now this I know: The Lord gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand. 7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. 8 They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm. 9 Lord, give victory to the king! Answer us when we call!
God hears us and answers our prayers. He is our provider!
Please keep praying for Mukesh and Ruby in Delhi whose baby is due at the end of May. The baby is beginning to turn into the correct position for a natural delivery, head down! They are now registered in a private hospital near them in Delhi but if their neighborhood becomes a hot spot for the COVID virus, the hospital may not admit them!
Let us know how you are doing and what is on your heart today! May His favor be on you all!
