This book is so practical and gives you plenty of stuff to work on everyday as you have interactions with family, friends and even strangers. Heather is a college professor at Penn State and interacts with students everyday and she strives to pass on these tools to them as well as practicing them herself. I was truly inspired by this book and hope you will consider giving it a look.
She concludes by realizing that God has asked us questions and we also ask questions to God.
We can also follow these principles between us and God in our daily devotions.
Try it out and read Psalm 27. Think about these principles as you meditate on this psalm.
God is for you!
This looks like a great book!
