More love more power 2025

Couple feels called to India

We attended a conference called More Love, More Power in February. We had no. idea how impactful it would be for us.

The first night the pastor’s daughter who was now the pastor of a large church with. Her husband spoke about being thirsty for the Holy Spirit. She kept saying all throughout the message, “Are you thirsty?”

She recounted growing up during the Toronto revival which our kids also did as we were in Atlanta Georgia and visited Toronto Airport Vineyard Church near the beginning of the revival.

There was so much power then that for about a year and a half even when people walked into the door of our small church in Atlanta, they would fall down and start laughing.

It was an incredible time. Even children were touched in such powerful ways like that.

We also grew up in California in the 1970s during the Jesus People Movement and saw hundreds of teenagers get saved as simple gospel messages were shared and original songs were sung by teenagers themselves.

The speaker at the conference referred to Isaiah 61 and kept asking if we were thirsty.

Dianne Lehman spoke about the gift of prophecy and did a workshop on stirring it up in our churches and even. In small groups. It was done in a very practical way.

Brian Blount did a workshop on healing and simply showed a video of him walking up to people at CVS or Walmart, smiling, holding their hand, and asking if they had any pain in their bodies Many people got healed and then he And would explain to them that Jesus healed them loves them.

Steve Nicholson did a workshop on leading a Holy Spirit ministry time that was also very practical and faith building.

Randy Clark also spoke a few times and told Holy Spirit stories. He also concluded by showing a video of people getting healed at the end of a church service.

I actually got healed of a tear in my right shoulder after watching the video of Brian Blount healing people out in the market place.

I fell down several times under the power of the Holy Spirit during this conference which has not happened in 30 years, since the time of the Toronto Blessing.

I still can’t believe how my range of motion in my right shoulder has changed since that conference.

Jay Pathak, who is the National Director of the Vineyard churches in the USA spoke twice about surrender.

Each ministry time after each session was so powerful. I was enjoying hearing God’s voice, comforting me and assuring me that He would speak to me and use my eyes, ears, and mouth.

I also spent a lot of time praying for my family. I am still praying for our grandson who is deaf and autistic to be healed. I do believe in miracles. My shoulder tear had no cure according to the orthopedic surgeon I met with.

One night during that conference, Rick felt led to pray for a young couple, who were called to India . It was a divine appointment and we hope to stay connected to them for a long time.

Romans 15:13. May you be filled with hope overflowing

  1. Beautiful! thanks for sharing 🙂 I’m so excited for you about your shoulder! Mine is continuing to heal, for which I am grateful!

Looks like we’ll be heading to Guinea for a week or so, leaving on Easter Sunday. Pray for God’s best with us. Going to record more audio Bible stories.
