Habits of a Disciple Maker

Just attended a Catalyst Camp here in Chicago for Disciple Makers.

This is the map for the disciple maker to see real fruit as they go reach the lost, with the heart of the Father, pray, meet people, find a person of peace, lead people in discovery groups to hear stories about Jesus, assemble people together in simple churches and release inside leaders to do the same which results in multiplying the process all over again.

It was an exciting time together to meet with people from all different parts of the country and the world who are doing a different kind of church.

We heard from people who had left mega churches to go do the stuff of the Kingdom, reaching the lost and releasing disciple makers into the harvest. It was challenging and inspiring.

We are deeply challenged to up our prayer time to be extraordinary and to multiply the praying

people among us to invite more to pray. We plan to encourage our disciple makers to make sure they have people praying for them and to encourage them to also ask others to pray.

We also got to spend time with Ray Moran who taught a class we just took online for the last 8 weeks. He was so helpful and kind encouraging us as we get ready to go to India and Sri Lanka to help people realize we are just excited to be making disciples.

Matt 28:16-20 was also a key passage at this conference

What does God want us to do?

What do we learn about God and people?
