PSALM 121 ESV
1 I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From where does my help come?
2 My help comes from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot be moved;
he who keeps you will not slumber.
4 Behold, he who keeps Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is your keeper;
the Lord is your shade on your right hand.
6 The sun shall not strike you by day,
nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord will keep you from all evil;
he will keep your life.
8 The Lord will keep
your going out and your coming in
from this time forth and forevermore.
—Take some time in the Lord’s Presence this week to grieve what you have lost.
—Consider how you keep yourself, others and your belongings. Where have you neglected what has been entrusted into your care?
—Spend some time thanking God for all the ways that He keeps you
—What have you lost? Spend some time journaling and praying about this.
—Sit in silence and solitude and contemplate how the Lord has kept you, is keeping you & will keep you in the future.
—Who do you need to find this week?
Look for God’s beauty this week – a butterfly, dragonfly, flowers, trees, even the wind as you walk in His presence.
He is for you and has good things for you.
We do struggle – both Rick and I have broken glasses this week and a car that needs repair
And yet God is with us and has good things in mind for us
I realized this week that He sings over us – that’s why I always have a song in my head when I wake up in the morning!
He is my Rock! I will not be shaken!
Let’s spend time with Him this weekend.
Let me know how I can be praying for you!
Thank you for this 🙏🏽🙏🏽
